T-Mobile is setup to ring as long as 30 sec. before transferring the caller to its voicemail system. If you answer the phone before the 30 sec., no voicemail is involved. The ring time before transfer to voicemail can be set from 5 to 30 sec, in 5 sec steps. Our setup uses the answering function on our cordless phone system. Visible streams videos at 2Mbps. Which is barely good for 480p videos. They will throttle all video sites all over the internet and apps. Even Reddit I believe. USM has 4Mbps limit which is good enough for YouTube in FULL HD.
