I've been looking to buy new IEMs recently in the $300 price range. I've heard of several well reviewed sets in that price range, but the Blessing 3's seem to be a common recommendation. Make sure you have the software for your GPU (AMD/Nvidia) and latest drivers. As others have pointed out, set correct resolution in Windows -> resolution.
