Between him and Veritistrasz, this expansion is breaking me man. Caught this quest line when I was leveling in waking shores Holy crap it floored me. The questing in dragonflight has been next level. When you do these quests highly reccomend staying around a while and listening to the dialogue.

If, like me, you didn't notice the text and flew off before the conversation finished, then you need to drop the quest and pick it up again. You won't need to find the item again in the vaults, just don't do anything after accepting the quest.

Showed up for me after doing the Dragonscale Camp quests (and having returned the vase from Zskera Vaults with Hraxian on it to Veritistrasz). Not sure if I had to wait for a daily reset, but I didn't notice it until the next day.
