With a quick google, the scorpion bolt whole assy is 1.42 pounds. Figure maybe 1.2pounds for the bolt itself. From what I can find, the M-11 bolt is only around 14oz and originally designed for open bolt which allows for slightly less weight since the bolts mass is still moving forward as the round fires and starts to recoil.

The CZ street price is roughly $200 more then the Ruger but the CZ has sights and 2 mags and the Charger has no sights and 1 mag.
