Spoke with a Spectrum rep. yesterday and she confirmed that Spectrum is well aware of the problems with their app on Roku devices and with Samsung TVs, and that "they are working on it." She said the problem was with newer Roku TVs and devices, and that very large numbers of people are affected.I'd return the Roku devices while you can and buy an Amazon Fire Stick (buy a recent version). Spectrum did not work on my older version of the fire stick however Spectrum will work on the newer versions of the Fire Stick. Read the reviews to verify Spectrum will work. Knowing what I know now, I would buy Amazon Fire Stick over Roku. In case you missed it, Roku and Spectrum had contract issues. Spectrum was my provider too. Called Spectrum to find this out. Your roku pin number is ***** you would have set at some point when configuring your roku account. There is no way to find it or look it up, as it is your personal account info.
