For your left drifting issue, I guess you have to lower the value "JoyXDeadMin" in the ".ltouch"-file a bit. Try a big step first (100 maybe), to see if it's the right parameter. Then go back to the original value and change small steps (5 e.g.) until the drift disappears. Good luck with the fiddling.
